The Best Husband

Can I just say I have the best husband. Along with the best boys.
Dave took Jordan out for his good grades dinner the other night.
Jordan not wanting to come home yet suggested they go to the mall.
While wandering the mall Jordan saw a jewelry store and went in because he wanted to get me something. All on his own. Dave didn't say a word about it. Jordan wanted to do it all on his own. He picked out a really nice necklace and earrings.

Then Dave went over to See's and got me a pound box of chocolate.

I love my boys.

Courtneys hand

So on the 14th we got a call from the Dr saying he was in the office and to bring Courtney in to have the extra skin on her hand removed. (See March 13ths post)
He wanted to do it after hours so no one would bother him while he was working on her hand.
So after going in and having the stitches removed today and I can see why he wanted to do it after hours he was interrupted twice and we were only with him for 20 min. But the stiches are out and her hand is looking well.

Poor girl has not been able to use her hand for a month.

We want to move.
So we are putting the house up for sale.

Health

So after a very Long time of no major illnesses or broken bones or trips to the after hours clinic. We have had a busy 3 weeks.

It started out with my spraining my pinkie. Poor little things. It still hurts I stopped wrapping it up to soon.

Then David got a cold. Then he got over the cold and with in a week has a huge lump on the side of his neck.
See picture below. The dr thought it was funny.
The picture doesn't show it very well but the side of his neck is swollen.

Then Courtney cut her self with a pair of scissors. We went to the after hours clinic where they super glued it shut.
A week later we went to our Dr's office. We didn't see our regular dr. But the guy we saw said it was healing nicely.

A week later when the last of the super glue fell off this is what we saw.



She has a second thumb. I couldn't get a good picture but it is quite funny looking.

Some of the super glue had gotten under the flap and the flap lived but didn't fuse back to her palm.

So back to see our Dr. He is not happy with the 2 previous people. Courtney gets to have the extra skin removed. Poor thing.
